1/2 cup buttermilk
1 cup sour cream
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 tablespoons lemon zest
4 large egg yolks
2 large eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 1/2 cups unsalted butter (slightly cold)
7 1/2 cups powdered sugar (may need up to 9 cups so have more on hand if needed)
2 large lemons (zested)
2-3 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
pinch salt
1-3 tablespoons heavy cream
