INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup hot, freshly brewed strong coffee
2 tablespoons good brandy
1 3/4 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup coarsely chopped nuts (hazelnuts, almonds or walnuts)
2 large eggs
1/2 cup sugar
