INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cornmeal
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
12 tablespoons chilled butter, cut in 1/2-inch pieces

6 tablespoons ice cold water, plus 2 to 3 more
2 tablespoons milk or cream
1 1/2 to 2 cups seasoned pulled pork mixed with a little barbecue sauce, cooled
