INGREDIENTS

This recipe calls for a round platter. I often use a glass pie dish.

8 ounce package (250 g) cream cheese
•
1/4 cup (50 ml) mayonnaise
•
1/2 cup (125 ml) sour cream
•
2 cans (4 ounce or 113g each) cocktail shrimp, drained
•
1 cup (250 ml) seafood sauce
•
2 cups (500 ml) cheddar and or mozzarella cheese, grated
•
1 green or red pepper, chopped
•
1 tomato, seeded & diced
•
3 green onions, chopped
