⅔ of a 12 oz can evaporated milk
•
⅔ of a 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
•
¼ cup heavy whipping cream
•
Frosting & Decor:
•
2½ cups heavy whipping cream
•
2½ tbsp granulated sugar
•
1 lb fresh strawberries
