1 medium Yellow onion peeled and choppe
2 Carrots chopped
2 Garlic cloves minced
2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Chili powder
1 28-ounce can Fire-roasted diced tomatoes
3 tablespoons Tomato paste
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup Beef broth
1 cup Frozen peas
1 cup Frozen corn
1 15-ounce box Cornbread mix or homemade cornbread batt
1/2 cup Shredded Mexican blend or pepper jack cheese optional
