INGREDIENTS

1 cup sugar (If you have sensitive skin use brown sugar.)

1 tablespoon lavender buds (if you have extra lavender buds try my Herbs de Provence recipe)
•
1/2 cup olive oil
•
Combine the sugar and the lavender buds.
•
If you have lavender essential oil use a few drops of that. Add the olive oil until the mixture is slightly dryer than wet sand. Stir to combine.
