INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon lavender (dried, culinary grade)

1/2 cup/4 ounces butter
•
2 cups sugar
•
3/4 teaspoon salt
•
12 ounces white chocolate chips (or chopped white chocolate)
•
7 ounces marshmallow cream
•
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
3 to 4 drops purple food coloring (I used Americolor Regal Purple)
•
Optional: 4 ounces chocolate
