2 tsp this strips of orange zest

1 tsp cardamom
•
1 tsp salt
•
1/2 cup (1 stick 0f butter, softened)
•
5 1/2- 6 cups flour
•
1 cup raisins
•
Topping
•
1 egg for egg wash
•
1/4 cup thinly sliced almonds
