Lasagne for 25

"This recipe fits into a very large roasting pan (to serve 20+). I usually make it for a party and then eat and freeze leftovers. Even though this takes some cooking time, it really is easy and stores or freezes very well. - Lasagne for 25..."

INGREDIENTS
4 large onions diced very small
3/4 cup olive oil
4 cans tomato sauce or puree (1 lb + 12 oz)
6 cans tomato paste (6 oz size)
6 cups water (or more if necessary)
3 tsp Salt
2 tsp pepper
3 bay leaves
2 tsp oregano or more if you like it
2 tbls parsley flakes
40 cloves garlic (the more the better!!) - sliced very thin
1 cup grated parmesan cheese or more if you like it
3 pounds hamburger
1 lb ground pork
3 lbs mozzarella grated
3 lbs lasagne noodles
3 lbs ricotta cheese
