INGREDIENTS
4 poblano peppers, halved lengthwise, cleaned and seeded
1 teaspoon water
1 egg
15 oz container ricotta cheese
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano (plus more for dusting)
freshly cracked black pepper and Kosher salt to taste
1-2 sweet Italian sausages, removed from the casings and browned (this is optional)
3 cups marinara sauce
