1 cinnamon stick
1 medium size onions ((finely sliced))
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
500 gms lamb/ mutton ((with bones))
salt to taste
3/4 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
8-10 almonds
8-10 cashew nuts
2 medium size onions ((deep fried separately in oil))
1 cup yogurt
2 cups water
2 tbsp cilantro leaves
5-6 mint leaves
salt to taste
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp kali mirch powder/ black peppercorn powder
