1 large onion, chopped

4 large garlic cloves, minced

1 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper

2 pounds ground lamb

2 cans petite diced tomatoes (stewed tomatoes are great too, but they will need to be diced)

2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
•
3-4 tablespoons finely chopped parsley (more for garnish)
•
2 1/2 teaspoons allspice
•
1/4 teaspoon caynne
•
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
