INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 cups diced Onions -- 8 small Onions
1 clove Garlic, minced
1/4 cup Butter
4 lbs. boned leg or shoulder of Lamb, cut in 1 1/2" cubes - I substituted Chicken for the Lamb
2 qts. Water
2 Tablespoons Coriander
16 Peppercorns, crushed -- about 1/4 tsp.
2 tsp. Tumeric
1 1/2 Tablespoons Salt
2 cups Indian Curry Sauce Base
1/2 cup Flour
1 1/2 cup Milk
