Ingredients: 3 cups Everclear grain alcohol; 1 cup Vodka; 1 cup Brandy; 1/2 cup dried sweet orange peels; 2 tbsp dried bitter orange peels; 1/2 lb fresh kumquats – wedged (about 1 1/2 cups); 3 inch cinnamon stick – chopped; 10 large whole cloves – chopped; 1 cup distilled water to rehydrate the dried orange peels
