INGREDIENTS

Crust:

1/3 Cup Butter
•
1 Cup plus 2 tablespoons Flour
•
1 egg
•
6 Tablespoons Sugar
•
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
•
Filling:
•
3 cups or 24 ounce’s Cottage Cheese
•
1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
•
1 Cup of Sugar
•
4 Beaten Eggs
•
1 Cup of Sour Cream
•
1/2 Cup Sweet Cream or just use 1&1/2 cup Sweet Cream omit the sour cream
•
2 Tablespoons Flour ( I like to use corn starch instead of flour, but either one works it’s just a personal preference)
•
1 Tablespoons Lemon Juice (& 1 Teaspoon Rind opt)
•
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
