2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup sweet glutinous rice flour
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon black sesame seeds (optional)
1 envelope (7g instant yeast)
1 ½ cups lukewarm-slightly warm milk
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Oil for frying
½ packed cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons finely chopped nuts (walnuts, peanuts, pecans, almonds)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
