1 1/4 cups ice water
1/2 cup ketchup
2 scallions, finely chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp honey
4 tbsp Gochujang Korean Chili Sauce
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 orange, juiced
1 tbsp ginger, grated
1/4 cup water
oil for frying
