1 pound lean ground beef
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3-4 garlic cloves (minced (I use preminced garlic, about two tbsp))
1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
2 cups hot cooked white rice
sliced green onions
sesame seeds
