2-3 Tbsp Chinese chile flakes from Asian Grocer ((depending on taste))

1 inch ginger (minced)
•
6 cloves garlic (minced)
•
2 Tbsp soy sauce
•
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
•
1/2 cup corn syrup
•
sesame seeds
•
1 green onion (chopped)
•
1 Tbsp cilantro (chopped)
