1 to 1 ½ pounds top sirloin or rib eye steak, sliced thin (or ask your butcher to cut for you)
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 garlic cloves minced
¼ teaspoon finely minced fresh ginger
2 teaspoon white sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ to 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional
¼ cup julienne carrots
3 green onions chopped
½ onion, thinly sliced
