- 1 cup Maraschino cherries
•
- 2 cups shelled pistachios
•
- 2/3 cups plus 1 Tbsp Heavy cream
•
- 3⁄4 cup confectioners’ sugar

- 6- 8 oz cream cheese
•
- 1 ⅛ cup unsalted butter

- 3 ¾ cups confectioners’ sugar

- 4 ½ tsp vanilla
