5 pounds baking potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large onions, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup warm water
1 teaspoon salt
5 cups all-purpose flour, or as needed
