If using larger frozen veggies such as broccoli make certain to thaw and hand-squeeze out as much excess moisture as possible before adding to the casserole, cooked turkey also works well

INGREDIENTS:

1 (10 3/4 ounces) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
•
1/3 cup light cream (or can use milk)
•
2 tablespoons melted butter
•
1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
•
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
•
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper, or to taste
•
1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper, optional
•
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
•
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
•
1 small onion, chopped
•
3 cups cooked medium egg noodles
•
1/3 cup freshly grated grated Parmesan cheese
•
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
