Kittencal's Master Chicken Coating Mix

Kittencal's Master Chicken Coating Mix was pinched from <a href="http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/kittencals-master-chicken-coating-mix-12949" target="_blank">www.recipezazz.com.</a>

""I developed this coating mix, it makes the most delicious juiciest tender lick-your-plate-clean chicken! With amounts listed you should have enough for 6-7 large chicken thighs. I have not tested it yet using boneless skinless chicken breasts but I'm sure it will work just as good although I prefer my chicken with the skin on. Since the chicken is first dipped in melted butter this is not a low-fat recipe and I urge you not to omit the butter coating step it will not be as good. You can omit the garlic powder and Dijon mustard if you want I suggest to use it! You will love this! My photo is showing baked chicken using this coating. #recipe11979"..."
