INGREDIENTS
2 ½ cups rolled oats (I used Bob’s Red Mill)
½ cup chopped almonds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
½ cup chopped walnuts
¾ cup milled flaxseed (I used Bob’s Red Mill)
¼ cup raw honey
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
2 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup unsweetened dried, shredded coconut
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
¾ cup semisweet chocolate chips (here is a dairy, nut and soy free option)
