Key Lime Sparkler Cookies

2 T Key Lime Juice
•
⅛ t. lime oil
•
⅛ t. sour salt (citric acid)* OR ½ t. Tart & Sour Flavor
•
1 large egg 2 ½ C. All-Purpose Flour
•
Coating
•
⅛ t. sour salt (citric acid*)
•
1 C. glazing sugar or confectioners’ sugar
•
2 T. white edible glitter (optional)
