3 tablespoons (35g) sugar
7 tablespoons (99g) butter melted
4 large egg yolks
two 14-ounce cans sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup (170g) Key lime juice
3 tablespoons (43g) fresh-squeezed lime juice (from standard limes)
zest of 1 lime (about 2 teaspoons) optional*
