INGREDIENTS

120 g almond flour

16 g coconut flour

1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
•
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
•
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
•
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
•
113 g grass-fed unsalted butter (at room temperature)
•
1/3-1/2 cup allulose (erythritol or xylitol, to taste (I use 1/2 cup for allulose & 1/3 cup otherwise)*)
•
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
1 egg
•
2 tablespoons allulose (you know, because no aftertaste)
•
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
•
8-inch cast iron skillet (a personal favorite under $15 bucks)
