Keto Low Carb Pumpkin Glazed Donuts

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups almond flour (Sifted)
1/4 cup oat fiber (or ground flax seed)
3 eggs (separated)
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
2 tbsp butter (room temperature)
1/2 cup sukrin gold (or other brown sugar substitute)
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup cream cheese
3-4 tbsp monk fruit confectioners (or powdered erythritol)
1 tbsp heavy cream
1 tbsp hot water (as needed)
1 tsp maple extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
