8 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
1 stick Butter
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 14.5 oz can of chicken broth
8 oz sliced mushrooms
6-8 oz package of fresh spinach
1/4 cup almond flour
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese (optional)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
salt and pepper to taste of the chicken
