INGREDIENTS

1 stick (1/2 cup) of softened butter (10 seconds in the microwave)

3/4 cup of splenda, or equivalent sweetener (not sure how well a liquid sweetener would work)
•
1 egg
•
1.5 tsp vanilla
•
Cream together the ingredients noted above
•
Add:
•
3/4 cup of almond meal
•
1/4 cup of chocolate protein powder (optional, I used TC-F isolate)
•
1/2 tsp baking powder
•
1/2 tsp baking soda
•
dark chocolate chunks (I chopped up 3 squares of 85% Lindt)
