Salt and pepper

1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 bay leaves
1 tsp glucomannan ((optional))
Additional salt and pepper to taste
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs (cut into 1/2 inch pieces)
3/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup grated cheddar cheese (divided)
3 eggs eggs
1/3 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
2 tbsp melted butter
