2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3 ounces cream cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 egg white, beaten with a little water
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp Flavorless oil
Optional I use sesame seeds and Everything Bagel Seasoning
