2 slices good sandwich bread, toasted

1 cup Tillamook Vintage White Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
2 tablespoons Tillamook Unsalted Butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup whole milk
Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
1 teaspoon kosher salt
Freshly cracked pepper
