2 lbs. ground lamb

½ teaspoon dried thyme
•
1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley

¾ cup low-sodium beef stock, or as needed
•
1 tablespoon Wondra quick-mixing flour, or as needed

4 large potatoes, peeled, cut in quarters, and cooked in boiling water until tender
•
1 teaspoon salt
•
2 eggs, beaten
•
⅛ teaspoon nutmeg

½ cup heavy cream
