4 Tbsps. WFN Popcorn Oil, WFN Coconut Oil or butter, melted
1/2 tsp. WFN Pink Himalayan Salt
1/2 cup WFN Coconut Flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup chopped onion, fine
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 cups white sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup kale, chopped fine with stem removed
