Crust

1/2 cup (125 mL) milk
Filling
1 Tbsp (15 mL) olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 small onion, minced
2 bunches kale
1/3 cup (75 mL) dried cranberries or raisins
1 cup (250 mL) grated low-fat cheddar
12 large eggs
1/2 cup (125 mL) non-fat yogurt
1/2 tsp (2 mL) grated fresh nutmeg
