3 Tablespoons honey

2 Tablespoons soy sauce (reduced sodium soy sauce is OK)

2 Tablespoons rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar

2-3 Tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 2-3 Tablespoons water

1 medium red bell pepper, chopped (about 1 cup)

1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds (optional garnish)
