3 wedges ripe cantaloupe cut into cubes
1 cup fresh or frozen sliced strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 kiwi
1 mango (when in season)
1 cup plain non-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon ground flax seed or oil
several walnuts
2 tablespoons plain or honey wheat germ
1 teaspoon vanilla
