INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 green onions, finely chopped
2 large eggs, beaten
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 1/2 cups of fresh or frozen (thawed) corn
1 lb lump or regular canned crab meat
1 large jalapeno, seeded, and finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
olive oil
