INGREDIENTS
14 3/4 oz can Red Sockeye Salmon (usually by the tuna fish)
1 shallot, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 jalapeno, small dice
1 1/2 tsp jalapeno or dijon mustard
1/2 tsp fresh black pepper
1 oz sharp or aged cheddar, grated
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup almond flour
1 tbsp olive oil
