4 cups uncooked pasta (any shape)

1 12 ounce package of bacon
•
1 small red onion diced (about 1/4 cup)
•
2 or 3 small jalapeno peppers, thinly diced or sliced
•
*I only used two & had plenty of heat.
•
1 tablespoon black pepper
•
1/4 cup butter
•
1 pint whipping cream
•
8 ounces extra sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
•
8 ounces pepper jack cheese, cubed
•
1 tablespoon flour
