INGREDIENTS
Vegetable oil for frying ((total amount will vary))
4 boneless pork chops
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs (whisked)
¼ cup chicken broth
1½ cups panko breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried thyme
4 slices thick-cut bacon (chopped)
1 yellow onion (sliced)
2 tablespoon butter
8 ounces baby Bella or cremini mushrooms (sliced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
2 cups beef broth (see notes)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon stone ground mustard
¼ teaspoon salt (plus more to taste)
¼ teaspoon Ground black pepper (plus more to taste)
½ cup heavy cream or half-and-half or sour cream (optional)
