JACK'S SWEET CHALLAH BREAD
INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cup (s) hot water (125F)

1/2 cup dry coffee creamer
•
1/2 cup vegetable oil
•
1 large egg + 2 large egg yolks (reserve whites for egg wash)
•
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
•
1 tablespoon Instant Yeast
•
2/3 cups sugar (or 1/2 cup honey)
•
2 teaspoons salt
•
5 1/2 cups bread flour or all-purpose flour or a combination
•
Egg Wash: 2 egg whites + 1 tablespoon cold water + 1/2 teaspoon salt
