1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 -3 thin lemon slices, for garnish
crackers, for serving or baguette, slices for serving
