1 medium red bell pepper, (seeded and finely diced)
2-3 cloves garlic, (minced)
1 pound ground turkey
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
3 Tablespoons Romano cheese
1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
4 ounces water ((1/2 of the empty tomato sauce can))
1 medium tomato, (seeded and finely diced)
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
