1 1/2 pounds ground Italian sausage (if using links, take off casings)

1 small red bell pepper, chopped

1 small green bell pepper, chopped

1 small red onion, chopped

1 bulb garlic (all of the cloves!), minced

1 teaspoon thyme
•
1 teaspoon oregano
•
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
•
pepper, to taste
•
1 14.5 ounce can tomatoes, do not drain
•
1 cup tomato juice (I use V-8 regular or Spicy Hot)
•
1 24 ounce bag frozen mini round cheese ravioli
•
shredded cheese for garnish (I use Parmesan, mozzarella, or monterey jack cheeses)
