Ingredients: 1 (16 ounce) box of Rotini pasta (or any shape you prefer); 3 cups cherry tomatoes, halved; 1 large green bell pepper, diced; 1 can of black olives, drained; 1/2 pound of provolone cheese, cut into cubes; 1/4 Pound of Mozzarella cheese , cut into cubes; 1/2 small Onion, diced; 1/2 Pound of sliced pizza sized pepperoni, cut into halves; 1/2 teaspoon black pepper; 1 (8 ounce) bottle of Italian dressing (I used Wishbone); 1 Tablespoon of red wine vinegar
