1 can of black olives, drained

1/2 pound of provolone cheese, cut into cubes

1/4 Pound of Mozzarella cheese , cut into cubes

1/2 small Onion, diced

1/2 Pound of sliced pizza sized pepperoni OR Salami, cut into halves

1/2 teaspoon black pepper
•
1 (8 ounce) bottle of Italian dressing (I used Wishbone)

1 Tablespoon of red wine vinegar
